MANILA, Philippines – Rappler, through its citizen journalism arm, Move.PH, and in partnership with Northwestern University (NU), brings its “Social Media for Social Change” chat series to Ilocos.
Dubbed #MoveIlocos, the12th of the chat series will be held on February 22, 2013, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, at the NU Media Center in Laoag City.
